This fall at nature school flew by! And now we find ourselves fully immersed in a lovely blanket of winter. Ahhhhh. It’s so beautiful.
Everyone has been enjoying tracking animals in the snow, building forts, having snowball fights and sledding. We just cannot seem to love winter enough! We have been cooking over the fire during our days and coming in when we need to to get warm.
Last week we were sitting inside and identifying the various types of winter birds that come to our feeder – and also enjoying spying on the big, bushy squirrels that appear as well! So big and cuddly looking!
We have also enjoyed wandering together through the woods in the silence that a cover of snow can bring!
